Functieomschrijving

Your challenge As TeamLead Customer Advisor you are responsible for the results and the development of the Belgium Customer Advisors Team. Your challenge is to combine your sense of helping customers with your leadership skills to always improve the customers satisfaction. The central responsibilities will involve the management of the Customer Advisors as well as delivering the best service to our customers. Moreover, you enjoy thinking strategically about new opportunities and possibilities to improve loyalty among customers and retain all existing customers, which you will discuss with the Country Manager. Your tasks - Responsible for the customers satisfaction results of team Belgium; - Guiding, leading and motivating the 15 Customer Advisors in their daily work; - Weekly meetings with the Customer Advisors Belgium; - Delivering high-quality service via our support platform; - Giving regular inputs to your stakeholders to ensure a better customers satisfaction; - Responding to challenging questions from customers to travel agents, tour operators and hotels; - Solving problems in a quick, unique and efficient way, by getting in touch with the right person or team; - Always be two steps ahead; - Multitasking and switch between several media; - Handling all tasks in a social and confident manner.

Profiel

Who you are - You have a natural sense for customer needs and at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service; - A natural leader that gets a kick out of motivating a team and at least 1 year of experience in management; - You have a Bachelor degree in Tourism, Communication or similar; - You speak Dutch or Flemish on a native level; - Energetic, result oriented, open minded and capable of adapting to a dynamic working environment; - A genius problem solver; - Stress-resistant, flexible, positive mindset and assertive; - Organised and structured; - Driven to learn every day; - Communicative, enthusiastic and flexible; - You have affinity with the travel/hotel industry; - You live in (or around) the beautiful and vibrant city of Amsterdam or are willing to move.
