Galerie Rodolphe Janssen
Rodolphe Janssen founded his gallery in 1991 in Brussels and has since then mounted numerous exhibitions, both curated group shows as well as solo presentations by young and established artists. The gallery represents over 25 national and international artists such as David Adamo, Davide Balula, Walead Beshty, Elaine Cameron-Weir, Adam McEwen, Farhad Moshiri, Sam Moyer and Banks Violette. In the fall of 2013, Rodolphe Janssen opened a second exhibition space on the first floor of a classical building in uptown Brussels.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - maintain and further develop the press network of the gallery - regularly update the website and different social media - organize exhibitions and openings - artist liaison - create press campaigns, advertisements, exhibition catalogues and invitations - manage artists’ archives - assist Rodolphe Janssen

Profiel

We are looking for a dedicated Press and Public Relations Representative with a master’s degree. Previous art world experience is preferable but not required, however a strong interest in and enthusiasm for contemporary art is crucial. A good level in French, English and Dutch is a must and good writing skills are essential. He/she should be creative, approachable and communicative and should have excellent organizational skills. It is necessary to master Word, Excel, Photoshop and InDesign
